I provide case management services. You may see me in sessions with therapists to learn before I become a therapist! I will be planning groups and co-facilitating these groups.

I provide therapy for ages 5 and up providing client centered approaches.

Supporting adults and couples with life's challenges.

Supporting children ages 8 and older, young adults, adults in their mental health journey.

Supporting children ages 5-17 with behavior management, communication, and other skills to support their ADHD, Autism, or stressors in life.
